Off the stage and behind the camera, Sally has always been a creative at heart.  At the age of twelve, she started her own business and at seventeen, she stepped into her first role as creative director of Kids on Broadway, a holiday-based performing arts program.  Since then, Sally has assisted with choreography in local theatre productions as well as overseeing the coordination and choreography for fashion parades.  Between 2012-2014, Sally independently designed, produced and published a national gymnastics publication called Stick It!, selling over 800 copies collectively across Australia and New Zealand.  In 2015, she established a mother agency, Factor 1 Models and under her guidance and development, her models went on to walk for major fashion shows in Australia and New Zealand, as well as utilising her natural photography skills to help build their portfolios.  Most recently, Sally wrote, co-produced and facilitated a simulated trauma day event within the UniSQ School of Paramedicine as well as leading the overall planning and production of "Confident: A Passion Project" reflecting Sally's personal journey and return to her love of performing after overcoming adversity.
