"The presentation stressed the importance of how helpful finding and connecting with a patient's passions can be in the context of mental illness.  The interactive activity we did where we wrote with our dominant and non-dominant hands was an excellent visual demonstration of our own versions of 'normal' and habits - this was a lightbulb moment for me."
