PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Leadership in Coaching & Program Management
Over fifteen years of professional experience in coaching roles, including excellence in leadership of programs and service delivery. After establishing and coordinating her first junior development program at the age of nineteen, Sally quickly earned a reputation for her commitment to excellence in person-centred service design, innovative approach to program design and nurturing nature towards the holistic development of young athletes.
After being selected in 2008 to attend the Gymnastics Australia National Junior International Coaches Conference, in 2009, Sally was offered a position as the sub-junior elite coach at the Gymnastics Queensland Women's High Performance Program. In 2012, she then launched a Specialised Coaching Program for talented female gymnasts with a focus on preparing athletes and their parents for the International Development Program. Over twelve years, nine of Sally's athletes were selected into High Performance Programs in Brisbane and Melbourne, many going on to represent Australia at an international level.

“My daughter gained a permanent place in the National Centre of Excellence and is continually complimented by so many on her basic shaping. I solely credit this to the initial training, compassion and care that Sally put into my daughter. She not only taught her technique and basic shaping, but showed a belief in her that taught her that she can achieve and that anything is possible. communication with parents.”

Talent Development: Factor 1 Models Australia
Between 2015 - 2018, Sally expanded on her extensive background in coaching and mentoring to establish Factor 1 Models Australia. With the sole purpose being to serve as a mother agency and develop junior models, men and women, Sally developed a tailored program focusing on deportment and grooming, etiquette, runway technique, photographic and fashion modelling, positive body image, mindset and portfolio development.
Under her guidance and leadership, her models went on to walk for major fashion events including New Zealand Fashion Week, the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival, Sunshine Coast Fashion Festival, International Kidz Fashion Week & BFashionCo.

Publishing: Stick It! The Australian Gymnastics Magazine
With Sally's extensive understanding of the Women's Artistic Gymnastics community in Australia, between 2013-2014, Sally independently designed and published Australia's only gymnastics magazine, selling hundreds of copies in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. With a natural disposition towards finding opportunities for improvement, Sally recognised the extensive range of publications that were available internationally in the dance and gymnastics space.
